- Weekly evening prenatal classes
A series of six 2-hour classes, held one evening per week, 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
** Maple Ridge location only **
Class size limited to 7 couples.
Cost: $175.00 per couple
Fall series 1: Wednesdays, September 15th to October 20th, Maple Ridge
Fall series 2: Wednesdays, November 10th to December 15th, Maple Ridge
Winter series 1: Wednesdays, January 12th to February 16th (2011), Maple Ridge
Spring series 1: Wednesdays, March 9th to April 13th (2011), Maple Ridge
Spring series 2: Wednesdays, May 4th to June 8th (2011), Maple Ridge
- Weekend Prenatal ‘Workshops’
Each Workshop consists of two consecutive weekend days, as follows:
- Day 1: 10:00am to 3:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Day 2: 10:00am to 4:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Class size limited to 7 couples.
Cost: $150.00 per couple.

- Private Classes
Two 2-hour classes held in the privacy and convenience of your own home.
Scheduled individually to suit your personal needs.
Cost: $160.00 per couple.

Other Details
Each registration includes the mother-to-be and her partner.
All fees include HST, and are subject to change without notice.

All Birth Transitions classes are taught by Trudy Noort.
To discuss which class best suits your needs and to see if there are still openings, please call or email. Or register now to avoid disappointment.
All class formats include a labour and birth handbook, which contains useful articles and illustrations. The weekly evening classes and Weekend Workshops also include a post-partum reunion several weeks after all the babies have been born. The reunion is primarily a social event, where couples can reconnect, admire babies and share birth stories.
